So how does virtual coaching work?
First, you set up your initial consultation via email, telephone or text. Your initial consultation (telephone or Skype) is where we will hash out your coaching plan. We will discuss your health goals, what has worked and what has not worked.
Then together we will develop your program.
You virtual coaching sessions will include..
