There are so many benefits it pre-prepping you ingredients days in advance such as it makes cooking so much easier, faster and way more enjoyable. These advantages go a long way when it comes to helping you lose weight and improve your eating habits.

Most of my clients struggle with home cooking because of the time and work involved in cooking meals. However, I explain to them, when they get into the habit of planning and prepping, then the work is cut down significantly. I kid you not, assembling my taco meat took me ten mins at most, and that was because I prepped all the ingredients three days ago. So whipping up tacos was fast, easy and yummy! Best of all I am in full control of the quality of food my family, and I eat and… enjoy all the benefits these foods have to offer.

  • 1lb of Oganic grass-fed ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken broth
  • 1/4 Cup of onions, chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of adobo seasoning from Primal Palate
  • 3 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 Green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of sofrito
  • 1/4 Cup of fresh cilantro, chopped into fine pieces


  • In a large pan add in broth and lightly simmer. Once broth is simmering, carefully add beef, chopped onions, sea salt, crushed garlic and adobo seasoning.
  • With a wooden spoon, mash ingredients into the ground beef to distribute ingredients.
  • Continuing mashing ground beef until beef is fully cooked and settled into very small chunks.
  • Once ground beef is cooked, lower heat and add in chopped peppers, Sofrito and fresh cilantro.
  • Mix in recently added ingredients and cook for another five minutes.
  • Once taco meat is done, serve on top of a green salad with slices of avocado.
