First, you set up your initial consultation via email, telephone or text.

Your initial consultation (telephone or Skype) is where we will hash out your coaching plan. We will discuss your health goals, what has worked and what has not worked.

Then together we will develop your program.

  • 6 Weekly 1 hour coaching sessions via email, telephone, facetime or whatever works for YOU!
  • Layout on the importance of goal setting and action steps so that you can get clear as to how you will achieve your successful weight loss
  • Meal prep and food shopping guidance so that you are inspired to start eating the foods that will help you lose weight effortlessly
  • Education on what foods will help you lose weight and feel healthier
  • Primary Food sessions – because losing weight is so much more than the foods you eat 
  • Accountability, support, motivation and more support
  • A wellness ejournal where you will be able to keep track of your progress
  • Supplement handouts on topics such as sugar detoxing, stress, meal plans, goal setting and primary foods.
  • Giveaways to help you feel inspired and appreciated.
  • Secret Facebook membership for ongoing community support.
