5 Days of Green Smoothie Recipes

Note: Please, Please, whenever possible choose organic ingredients.
For a smooth smoothie, I reccommend using Magic Bullet Blender or if you want to splurge on a powerful blender, the Vitamix 5300 Blender hands down is terrific!

All ingredients are to be placed inside a blender and blend until smooth. Then drink right away!

Day One – Cilantro Green Smoothie

1 cup loosely packed cilantro
1 cup loosely packed organic baby kale (or another baby green)
1 cup cucumber
1/4 cup pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
½ avocado
Ice cubes
water

1 stalk celery (diced)
1/2 Gala apple (cut into chunks)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup of coconut water

Day Three – Baby Greens Green Smoothie

1 cup coconut water
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 avocado
1 pear, peeled and cored
1/4 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup baby kale
1/4 cup baby swiss chard
