I am a Puerto Rican girl foodie 100%, and I love crunchy tostones! I eat them quite often. Why? Because these crunchy treats are very satisfying, especially when you are in the mood for a crunchy something.
Tostones are twice fried plantains, and if you have yet to eat them, I highly suggest you do. They are super, super yummy! (Can you tell how much I love them?) You can eat them for breakfast with eggs or as a snack. They are a great replacement for chips too.
