My name is Michelle Luft and I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As your Health Coach, I will inspire you, keep you accountable and successful during your weight loss journey.

I offer realistic approaches to allow you to become empowered and gain balance with your nutrition, stress management, spiritual practices and healthy movement.
I show you why balancing your Primary Foods is necessary to achieve your level of wellness.
Please note, I believe there is NO ONE RIGHT WAY of living a healthy life or losing weight. Everyone is made differently.

I also do not believe there is ONE RIGHT WAY OF EATING. One method of eating may work for one person, however hurt another. My approach is to dedicate myself to teach you how to choose healthier foods and make healthier lifestyle choices that unleash your weight loss potential.

Now a little information about my training….
I received my education from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City (IIN). Before becoming a Health Coach, I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specialization in Accounting from Baruch College City of New York University. During my time at IIN, the only nutrition school that integrates the full spectrum
of dietary theories into a holistic program, I learned and explored traditional philosophies as well as modern ones, Western and Eastern: from ancient traditions of macrobiotics and ayurveda to modern concepts like the USDA
pyramid and the glycemic index to current trends in raw foods, Atkins, the Blood Type Diet, and the South Beach Diet.
I also studied with the most well-respected names in nutrition and holistic health today, with such professors and speakers as Joshua Rosenthal, the founder and director of Integrative Nutrition, Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra,
Dr. Walter Willet, Dr. Joseph Mercola, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Oz and Annemarie Colbin, among many others.
Ok that was my serious stuff…Now some fun stuff about me…
I have lived a healthy life for approximately 12 years and enjoy living it today. My own experiences with excessive dieting and the education I received at IIN have taught me that my body truly speaks to me. I understand how my cravings, mood swings, stress levels, weight gains/loss, energy levels, thought patterns and body aches are all linked
to my eating and lifestyle habits. This founded understanding has kept me inspired and passionate about the world
of health and nutrition.
I am constantly exploring all the wonders of food. (I truly get excited every time I discover a new health food!)
I am an exercise enthusiastic! Exercising keeps me feeling strong and alive. I love cooking and creating healthy
recipes. (So much fun!). It excites me to discovering new herbs, spices and all their wonderful flavors. I love
researching and reading about the latest health and nutrition trends. There is so much confusion surrounding nutrition, I need the knowledge to help me pull out the facts and leave the fiction. Lastly, I love living a healthy
lifestyle. This lifestyle allows me to enjoy my life to the fullest.
